We trusted Cleve to build our dream retirement home while we were living and working six hours away based on the recommendation of friends who live here. He listened with great patience to our dreams and desires and translated our vision into the final product, mostly communicating via phone conferences. He was easy to work with, he consistently ran on schedule, and we were very pleased with the final result and his attention to detail. He has an eye for design and function and made many valuable suggestions during the planning stage. We have been in the house for six months, and he has continued to be responsive to minor corrections that inevitably arise with any new build.
